THE BRIEF

Docket no.33 is a contemporary British and international restaurant headed up by Chef Owner. In 2017, Stuart and his wife Frances took the leap to open their own restaurant in Whitchurch, Shropshire. The restaurant, which has featured for two consecutive years in the prestigious Michelin Guide GB & NI, offers a carefully curated Tasting Menu with a focus on local and seasonal ingredients.

 

In 2021, Stuart Collins featured on Great British Menu on BBC Two and we were brought on board to ensure we could maximise on the exposure and communicate Docket no.33’s message with extensive media relations support.

 

THE RESULTS

 

It was certainly no surprise that Stuart was invited to join the star-studded lineup with consecutive ‘Michelin Plate’ accolades and a series of top UK and international establishments under his belt. His extensive experience includes working with a host of household names including Gary Rhodes, Michael Caines and Gordon Ramsay.

 

From recipe pitching to chef profiling, both our team’s hard work and the ongoing BBC coverage ensured there we could make a lot of noise about both Docket and Chef Stuart. So much so that the restaurant saw bookings fill up until the end of 2022 due to such high demand from viewers and interested patrons. To add to this success, Stuart made it to the finals of the show after a brilliant stint in the regional rounds.

 

Amongst the national coverage from Stuart’s feature on the highly popular BBC2 show, we landed coverage with the likes of The Guardian, The Caterer and Sheerluxe. Closer to home and showing support for his journey on the programme, we also gained stories with regional titles such as Birmingham Live, Shropshire Star and Whitchurch Herald.
