Hoots Student Accommodation

Providing first class accommodations to University of Chester students, Hoots Properties is an award-winning student letting agency in the heart of Chester. With a target audience deluged by online content and social media, Hoots needed engaging digital copy and content that would stand out to help promote their brand during the seasonal drive. To create a tone that was enticing to the target demographic, we created a video showcasing what a student experience looks like at a Hoots property. This video content was shared across all social media platforms, as well as Hoots’ website. Through a combination of videos, giveaways and comical ‘meme’ content, we increased Hoots social media following by 50%.
