One of the UK’s most visited free to enter attractions and an aesthetic that could rival Willy Wonka, The Ice Cream Farm is home to the world’s largest ice cream shop (thanks Guinness) and lots of activities that have the kids entertained for hours.


We were appointed to effectively become The Ice Cream Farm’s marketing team and raise the profile of The Ice Cream Farm brand to drive footfall to Cheshire site, but also nationally for expansion plans.


We were also tasked with grow the social media channels and launching a £5million redevelopment with strategic campaign.


One of our aims was to also raise the profile of MD, Jonathan Fell.



The Ice Cream Farm is one of the top 20 free to enter attractions in the UK.


Following £5million redevelopment launch, the site welcomed 250,000 visitors in a 6-week period. The previous year’s total number of visitors had been 600,000.


The social media followings are now collectively over 100,000.


We successfully pitched Jonathan Fell for industry, business and national comment opps and feature profiling, with multiple round-table bookings and features in The Guardian and The Telegraph.
