Inspired by the ‘twice fried’ potato chips and sauces served in the Netherlands, Chip’d founder, Andrew McKechnie, was inspired and saw the potential to bring the unique chippy concept to Chester and Liverpool’s ever-growing independent food scene. We obviously didn’t need much persuasion to launch the brand in both cities and did so in style with 3-month PR campaigns, including trade, regional and business press coverage and two highly anticipated ‘fizz ‘n chips’ parties.
