From the team behind award-winning restaurant, Covino in Chester, Climat was the much-anticipated wine-led restaurant to land in Manchester city centre.
Born out of a desire to pair incredible foods with incredible wines with a format that allows guests to dictate their own pace, ‘Climat’ (named after the term for a specific vineyard site in Burgundy) is a 100-cover restaurant situated in the city centre’s Blackfriars House, overlooking Manchester. The venue features over 300 wines from across the world, complimented by an ever-changing menu descrbed simply as ‘food you want to eat’.
LUYA was tasked with announcing Climat to the world, which we did with a bang.
From teaser press releases to a press launch with the crème de la crème of Manchester journalists, we hit up our little black book to let out trusted contacts know that they wouldn’t want to miss this one…
Since launch, we have received over 50 pieces of coverage with an audience of over 55 million to date.
Following the official press launch of Climat, numerous social accounts shared Instagram posts, stories and reels to a combined reach of nearly 1million, growing the Climat Instagram page to over 10k from 2k.
Just three weeks post opening, The Guardian and Observer’s famed restaurant critic, Jay Rayner, paid them a visit, dubbing Climat a “terrific restaurant with food you really want to eat.”
